Breast Augmentation in Baltimore, Maryland

Whenever possible, Dr. Kane chooses to make surgical incisions along the bottom edge of the patient's areolas, where post-surgical scars will be nearly invisible. Other possibilities include under the breast and in the armpit. The Maryland plastic surgeon places the silicone or saline implants under the chest muscle to create a pleasing, natural slope to the chest wall. Once the implants are in place, the incisions are stitched closed with small sutures.
