Case 3 Exchange Saline to Silicone Gel Implants: Breast Revisions

Due to a prior infection of her left breast probably due to smoking cigarettes during her first surgery of a breast enlargement, a 30 year old Baltimore Maryland woman underwent an exchange of Saline implants to Silicone gel implants by Dr. Dean Kane. She had made the commitment to quick smoking for good and her results were perfect!
