Case 1 Tumescent Liposuction Abdomen, Flanks, Sides and Back: Liposuction

This African American woman from Baltimore felt full around her waist, abdomen and back. She requested that Dr. Dean Kane from his Maryland Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Medi-Spa perform tumescent liposuction of her entire trunk. Dr. Kane creatively did a circumferential liposuction in which he removed fat from her abdomen, flanks and back. She continued to exercise and diet and lost several clothes sizes. She is thrilled with her new body.
