Case 11 Tumescent Liposuction of Abdomen, Flanks, Back and Sides: Liposuction

This African American woman from Baltimore could not lose the weight from her abdomen sides and back from childbirth. She requested that Dr. Dean Kane from his Maryland Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Medi-Spa perform tumescent liposuction of her entire trunk. Dr. Kane creatively did a circumferential liposuction in which he removed fat from her abdomen, flanks and back. She loved her thinner body immediately after surgery and changed her lifestyle to diet and exercise to maintain the beautiful results Dr. Kane had provided for her.
