Case 3 Tumescent Liposuction of Abdomen, Flanks, Sides and Back: Liposuction

This African American woman from Baltimore felt thick around her waist, abdomen and back. She requested that Dr. Dean Kane from his Maryland Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Medi-Spa perform tumescent liposuction of her entire trunk. Dr. Kane creatively did a circumferential liposuction in which he removed fat from her abdomen, flanks and back. Her recovery went very well and was back to working out immediately. She felt thinner in her clothes and loved being in smaller sizes.
