Case 1: Otoplasty

26 year old Baltimore, Maryland woman consulted with Dr. Dean Kane plastic surgeon in Baltimore about an otoplasty. She was self conscious about the position of her ears and desired them to protrude less. Dr. Kane performed a bilateral otoplasty. By removing cartilage from behind the ear the ears now lay flat with an even and natural appearance. Patient was pleased with results and continues to come to our office for facials and laser treatments in our Medi-Spa.
