Waxing

If you're tired of shaving but not ready for laser hair removal, our skin care experts invite you to consider waxing. Waxing is a time-tested, long-lasting method of hair removal that has almost no side effects beyond redness immediately following the procedure and mild discomfort while it is being performed. Waxing can effectively remove hair from the face, upper lip, eyebrows, legs, bikini area, back, arms, and other body parts. The soft, silky skin you'll enjoy lasts longer than the results you get from shaving, but not as long as with laser hair removal. Patients have a choice of products — we offer special waxes for sensitive skin and for patients using retinoids (Retin-A®).
